HosannaWind Organic Cedarwood Atlas Oil is a high-quality organic oil sourced from Morocco, extracted from fresh wood using distillation techniques, preserving the natural fragrance and therapeutic benefits of Atlantic cedar. The essential oil has a sweet, honey-toned woody scent that is warm and pleasant, capable of soothing nervous tension and anxiety. It also possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and calming properties, effectively purifying and balancing skin moisture levels.
DIRECTIONS
Skin Care: Effectively tightens pores, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, balances oil secretion, and improves acne, blemishes, and pore blockage. Relieves chronic skin issues such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. Add 1 drop of cedarwood essential oil and 1 drop of tea tree or true lavender essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil (e.g., moringa seed oil) and gently pat on oily areas morning and night. Mix 5g of Hosannawind Organic Multi-Purpose Moisturising Base Cream or aloe vera gel and apply to acne with a cotton swab.
Scalp Care/Massage: As a natural hair care essential oil, it effectively reduces dandruff and balances scalp oil secretion. Pairing it with ginger, peppermint, and rosemary essential oils promotes hair health and reduces hair loss. Add 2 drops of cedarwood and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil to natural shampoo, massage the scalp for 3 minutes, then rinse. Mix 5ml each of moringa seed oil and coconut oil with 2 drops of neem oil as a base, adding 2 drops of cedarwood and lavender essential oils for a weekly scalp massage.
Stress Relief and Focus: The woody scent of cedarwood essential oil can soothe nervous tension and anxiety, helping to relax the body and mind, balance emotions, and enhance focus. For calming thoughts, add 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil and 2 drops of frankincense essential oil to a diffuser. Mix 2 drops of cedarwood essential oil with 3 drops of lemon essential oil or 2 drops of peppermint essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil (e.g., moringa seed oil) and apply to temples, wrists, or chest to enhance concentration.
Pre-Sleep Relaxation: Diffuse cedarwood essential oil with lavender and vetiver essential oils for one to two hours before sleep to create a calming atmosphere. It can also be mixed with hydrosol to create a spray for pillows, aiding in restful sleep.
Respiratory Support: Effective for bronchitis, cough, runny nose, and phlegm-related respiratory issues, inhalation can help break down mucus and improve respiratory inflammation. Mix 2 drops of cedarwood essential oil and 3 drops of blue gum eucalyptus essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil (e.g., moringa seed oil) or French organic multifunctional cream, massage gently onto the chest, or inhale through steam.
Muscle Discomfort Relief: Mix 3 drops of cedarwood essential oil and 2 drops of frankincense essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil (e.g., moringa seed oil), mix well, and gently massage into muscles for effective relaxation.
Reduce Swelling: With diuretic and lymphatic drainage effects, it helps the body expel retained fluids and reduce the feeling of lower limb swelling. Mix 3 drops of Atlantic cedarwood, 4 drops of grapefruit, and 3 drops of cypress with 10ml of carrier oil (e.g., moringa seed oil) for massaging the thighs and calves.
