RETURNS POLICY

1. Requests for any product return must be made within 7 days upon purchase with proven dated receipts.
2. Goods must be in original packaging in its entirety.
3. Any cost associated with courier or delivery or exchange rate is not refundable.
4. Any additional costs required to deliver the return are to be borne by the customer who requested for a refund.
5. Final decision rests with HosannaWind and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange.
