Ginger essential oil has a warm scent that is especially suitable for those with cold hands and feet, cold womb, and sensitivity to cold. Ginger essential oil retains the benefits of ginger without the sharp spiciness of fresh ginger. As a warming essential oil, it should be used gradually and with care.
