Directions
Massage: massage swollen areas toward the heart to encourage lymphatic flow.
Soaking: add 10 drops of Moringa Edema Oil to warm water and soak feet for 15–20 minutes to reduce swelling.
Compress: add 5 to 7 drops of Moringa Edema Oil to warm water, soak a cloth and apply to swollen area.
