DIRECTIONS

For facial application, reduce the total essential oil count to 6 drops per 30ml of carrier oil.
Therapeutic Body Massage: Blend 10ml of Moringa Seed Oil (or your preferred carrier oil) with 4–6 drops of German Chamomile. Massage onto the abdomen to relieve digestive discomfort and menstrual pain, or target joints and muscles for anti-inflammatory relief.
Soothing Wet Compress: Add 1–2 drops to a small bowl of cool or warm water. Soak a clean towel, wring it out, and apply it to inflamed, red, swollen, or insect-bitten areas to rapidly reduce swelling and itching.
Relaxing Bath Ritual: Mix 3–5 drops into a tablespoon of milk or bath salts, blend thoroughly, and disperse into warm bathwater to soothe skin irritation and melt away full-body tension.
Aromatherapy Diffusion: Add 4–6 drops total of German Chamomile mixed with complimentary oils like Lavender or Sweet Orange to your diffuser to promote deep, restful sleep.
