Moringa Cilantro Mixed Salad

 

Ingredients (4 portions)

1 head romaine lettuce.
1 cucumber peeled and sliced.
Mini tomatoes cut into half.
1 medium red onion, sliced thin.
2 small Avocado.
Sauce:

Cilantro, chopped - 1 cup.
Olive oil - 2 tbsps.
Lemons – 4 pcs.
Honey - 6 – 7 tbsps.
Sea Salt - 1/2 teaspoon.
Grain Black Pepper.
HosannaWind Moringa Powder - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:

To make the dressing mix the chopped cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Moringa Powder salt and pepper together.
Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avocado in a large bowl.
Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
