Thai Seafood Salad
Thai seafood noodle salad with Moringa
Ingredients (For 2 portion)
Fresh Prawns – 10 pcs
Fresh Squid – 1 pcs
Celery – 1-2 stalks
Onion – 1 pcs
Mama Yum Noodles Tom Yam Flavored – 2 packet
HosannaWind Moringa Powder – 1 tbsp
Lime – ½ Grain
Fish Sauce – 2 tbsp
Boil or steam the prawns and shelled but keep the tails.
Cut the squid into preference shape and boils.
Celery & Onions sliced thin.
Mama Yum Noodles cooked and drained the water and add the Mama Yum powder.
In a big salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, fish sauce, lime and HosannaWind Moringa Powder together. (Tips: Fish sauce and lemon can add to preference).
